Vietnam's digital economy is growing fast but so are cyber threats. In 2025, reports
show that 56% of agencies and businesses still lack sufficient IT and cyber security staff. As
digital transformation accelerates nationwide, the need for skilled cyber security
professionals has never been more urgent. Under Vietnam's law on cyber security taking
effect on July 1st, 2026, agencies and organizations using the state budget are required to
